Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the continental United States. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses or outside the US yet.

Delivery time
Delivery takes 3 to 10 business days from the day you order. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout, before you pay.

Problems with delivery
If your package is lost, arrives damaged or something is missing, email us at hello@marcilabs.com within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo if anything is damaged. We'll send a replacement or a refund.

Wrong address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us right away. Once an order has shipped, we can't change the address.
