Refund policy

Returns
Because our products are food, we can only accept returns of unopened, sealed products within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email hello@marcilabs.com with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us won't be accepted.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the return is because of our mistake.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you, and you won't need to send it back.

Free gifts
Free items, such as the Founding Kit milk frother, can't be returned for a refund.

Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we'll let you know. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post it. Original shipping costs aren't refunded unless the problem was our mistake.
